My mother and I went here 3 days ago. We waited 25 minutes for someone to just take our order. 50 minutes later our food finally arrived to the table. It appeared only 2 servers were on duty to serve the entire restaurant. I do not know what was going on in the kitchen/cooking area. I'm not going to blame staff, as businesses everywhere are short staffed. I'm blaming Owners/Management. DO BETTER, WAY BETTER.
After waiting 40 minutes for our food, it was delivered cooked incorrectly and was cold. We left and ate elsewhere. Will not be back.
Waited 5 minutes 30 seconds to be seated. Then waited 15 minutes to order. Then waited over 25 minutes for food to arrive. My pancake was so cold that the butter didn't melt. I will not go back to this IHOP ever.
