We used to come every weekend with my family to this place and loved it. Not sure what has happened lately but the service has deteriorated massively… seems like the lack of maintenance that the signage’s show has gotten to their team and kitchen. Today we came in at 10:10AM and after 90 minutes there’re was no sign of our food. When asked our waitress (Tamia) she mentioned that there were still 4 tables to be attended before us… you’ve lost a loyal customer, the lack of touch and disrespect is disappointing to say the least... read more
Food was Cold. Waited for an extremely long time to even Get the food. Waitress never checked on us before or after the food. The syrup tray was very dirty. Horrible experience. Do not recommend.
Terrible service! The manager took my takeout order; I waited 40 minutes for it, and when I got home, it was incomplete! An entire dish was missing. I tried calling, but no one could find the phone number for this IHOP. I am never coming back! I threw my money down the drain. I am very upset.
We went on a rare Tuesday morning when we're both off work to enjoy a quiet breakfast. Our server Liz was very attentive and checked up on us regularly. Food was delicious as always. We both got the Big Brunch Burger with the egg cooked over-easy. Very much recommended to have the runny egg mix with the sauce and burger juices.
Very good food fast service. Great coffee.
