Short wait for seating, waitress knew the menu well & offered substitutions, checked on us often
We look up family dinners through the summer where kids eat free! IHOP came up 4-10pm free for kids under 12…. Welp I guess this franchise Kids do NOT eat free with adult purchases here despite advertising so!! The waiter also messed up order that we still have to pay for, paid for sampler but only got 1 meat s we asked for the ham, and they charged us for the meat that was supposed to be included. It was freezing cold, and empty yet no syrup variety options, took forever for food to come out after waiting to be sat for 10 m... read more
The best part is their waiter, Marcus. I have had him 2 times now, and he is arguably the best waiter I have ever had anywhere anytime. The most polite and helpful waiter I have ever had. You guys would do good to keep him on staff.
