This was my first time at an IHOP. All staff members were relatively friendly and attentive regarding the large amount of people in the building. The famous pancakes were pretty good but possibly a bit undercooked; they were very gooey and kept getting stuck to the roof of my mouth… The biggest concern was the restroom, which could’ve been cleaned up a bit better. I must say I have been to this particular IHOP before and did not have a great experience, however, I wanted something from IHOP but I decided to give it another try at this location. And I am so glad that I did. The experience I had this time around was completely different than my last. I was extremely pleased with my service. It seems like there is this one guy handling managing the place and being the server and host, and he is pulling it off. I am personally a restaurant manager and he is doing a great job.
