Good food nice atmosphere. Waitresses should not have to BUS tables when they are full with customers. Because their customers pay their salary well most of it. One idea also have a busser on Fri,sat,sun. Another idea to keep people going as they come in to sit down is help the waitresses by bringing the just seated guest drinks and last have one take out person only doing take out. These tips are from this past manager assistant managing lady who has worked fast food 10 + years.
We were seated quickly but that was it. Sat there for about 15 minutes and no server came over. They place was relatively empty and well staffed, all the servers just walked on by. A couple of customers who came in after us were seated and served right away so we left. We drove across to the he Columbus location and were seated and served right away. I just don't understand why something so simple has to be so hard.
