Good service and food. You know what you are going to get. I love the blueberry pancakes.

Great for kids. Healthy choices.
Food was delicious. Last time I went it wasn't all that great, but has definitely improved.
Waitress was rude, could not accommodate even the slightest change of order, (even though other ihops can) and the slowest service i have ever had. Definitely will not ever be going back.
Worst IHOP I've ever been too! Slow service, food was OK, and overall I'm quite sure I'll never cone back
