Worst experience I ever had .. omelette was overcooked. Has brown was salty. Waffle was undercooked. Mashroom was not sautéed was raw . I always choose IHOP for breakfast but this location was totally unexpectedly disturbing experience. I will never visit here again if I remember this location.

If I could give a zero I would. I can there since the location in Panola Road is below standard for a restaurant. I walked in the door and the mat in the area outside of the main entrance was filthy. I along with my husband was seated by the cooking area. After looking at all of the code violations, I politely told the waiter that we were leaving. First I order the Tbone med rare dinner TOGO. What I received was a less than a quarter inch ( a slice) of a steak. See picture. The mashed potatoes was cold. I live 1 block from the location and found this once I got home.! I just has the same meal 3 days ago from an I Hop across town and I enjoyed that steak cooked how I asked it to be so much I thought I would order it again . I was there and had amazing service by Amy she was speaking Spanish with my father which he was very happy about she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of
