Service has Always been good-Food as well-closer than going to Bronx or Scarsdale-worst here is maybe a wait for a table as it's usually always crowded.

Here's a tip: don't eat here unless you have to. This location is not the cleanest (they could wipe down their tables and bottles every once in a while) and it is loud! Food is blah.
Very good waffle with apple compote. Friend said the Colorado omelette was really good!
Service was good. The food on the other hand, eh. I know places like this don't use fresh fruit but come on at least defrost the strawberries.
Seriously, if you like IHOP, tell the bosses to make All You Can Eat Pancakes a permanent item on the menu.
