I had a wonderful experience at this IHOP location. The environment was clean, and I really appreciated the layout, which offered nice, private tables for a comfortable meal. The food was great and very affordable, making it a perfect spot for a solid meal. A huge standout was our waitress—I believe her name is Lexi (I hope I have that right!). I've been coming to this location for 10 years with my family and always felt welcome, especially when Ms. Rachel used to run this place. But tonight, it was the opposite. We walked in and waited for 10 minutes, but no one approached or greeted us. We looked around and saw that no one was there because all the staff were in the kitchen joking around.
