I am handicapped from cancer and needed help with my order and the app I use, Brianna was extraordinary and helped me with everything I couldn't do myself and was very courteous and professional about it,taking time to explain to me how to use the Ihop app and use my rewards, you dont get that type of attention from a majority of food places and I was very impressed with Briannas attention and wonderful attitude, bravo IHOP!Â
I just wanted to shout out the amazing man and woman working the night shift tonight— they absolutely deserve recognition (and raises!). The service was top-notch, warm, and genuinely welcoming. The food was incredible, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. It's rare to find a place where the team truly goes above and beyond. These two made my visit memorable. Thank you both — keep doing what you do!Â
