Called several times to price an order. No one picked up the phone. Figured they were really busy but when I arrived there at 7:00 p.m. that was only one customer. Woman working with chatting with him. Disappointed because they no longer have the item I wanted. She suggested a similar item. Order figuring it would cost about the same. When I paid realized item was almost four times the price and loaded with sugar. Menu has changed greatly, quality has diminished by half in prices have doubled or tripled. Very prompt, and courteous service. Penelope was my waitress and she was very informative when I had questions and very prompt with my food , and extreme polite, she always had a charming smile .
