Today was a really bad day! We were saet3d and had to wait for a long time to be seen! So long we left! Really depressing moment ! I will think twice next time when I go there again! Or before I go!! At least the hostess was sweet!
Service was mediocre
Great food never disappoints. Our server was pleasant but her service was 'ok'. Several times had difficulty accessing our server only bc she was somewhat inattentive...several times she appeared to be gazing off so we helped ourselves by grabbing items from other tables or asking other servers who would pass by. The noise lever was normal for this location but a gentleman who seemed to be directing the floor was talking/yelling very, very loudly. We had a bad experience from the start at this IHOP location. The hostess said literally no words to us as we entered and just motioned for us to follow her to a table. She slid the menus on to what we immediately noticed was a dirty table. There are wet floor signs everywhere which would be though of if they were mopping to keep the place clean, but the floors looked filthy.
