The City of Independence needs to clean up the closed businesses next door. Over grown trees and shrubs block I-Hop. We had a great waitress and great service!
rated for the wasted trip out to this location at night… they weren’t open after google said the business was open. Don’t drive that far for no reason call and make sure someone answers the phone before you go after 8pm..
I ordered my food before they opened around 5:00 a.m. a few days ago. I arrive at 6:30 a.m. because my order was supposed to be ready at 7:00 am. I arrive and the place is absolutely chained up and closed. I wait until about 7:30 a.m. thinking that maybe someone will show up. Nobody ever did. So I tried to get in contact with customer service to tell them what happened and basically I was accused of lying about the location being closed and to inform them of where I really ordered my food from.
