My Grandson and I would like to compliment our waiter, Wayne. He was very professional. He really made a connection with my 11 year old grandson with great advice on his future.. We will be back AND my grandson will call him UNCLE WAYNE!!!

Less than stellar server. I asked about using my IHOP rewards and she said she knew nothing about that , they were a franchise and didn’t think they participated. The receipt I got showed about the rewards program. When I paid a 13.80 bill with a $20 bill … she asked if I wanted any change back. Really ? Not going back there.
Maybe I'm out of touch..but the check out / host/ greeter post wasn't covered so every person they came i..waited , with out greeting until a wait staff had time to greet & seat them. I had worked in food services, & offered to help host the counter 2x but manager woman said It's fine , we got it. Clearly it was a deterrent , being National Pancake Day, I found it lacking of the manager to be prepared for more customers.
