Definitely needs better management on this facility with proper cooks. I've never experienced such inaccuracy on their orders with every order, food was dry and seemed to be re heated which defeats the whole purpose of eating out Restaurant was HOT which creates a horrible and lethargic atmosphere for customers/ staff.
**UPDATE: As a not-so-fun follow-up to my poor review—I copied and pasted the link as instructed, filled out the form, and received another message indicating they would get back to me regarding my experience within five business days. This is the second time I provided all the information with that response, and STILL nobody has reached back out. So, while the owner's response online may make it look like they're considering your complaints, this is apparently only empty lip service while their actual service still stinks.*... read more
