Good food, however the west hartford location is rough. Took 10 minutes to be seated and the whole experience start to finish was almost 2 hours. And the tables next to us were not cleaned of the prior customers plates the whole time we were there. Our waitress was nice and friendly. A shame the place is slow and inefficient.
