1-Star Review on IHOP, 61 Kane Street, West Hartford, CT My wife and I just walked out of this IHOP because of how poorly the manager handled our visit. When we arrived, the manager directed us to sit in the waiting area and told us it would be a five-minute wait. He never asked for our name or added us to any list. As we sat waiting, I noticed a young lady (who was very polite) seat a couple who had arrived after us.
