Your typical ihop with good service and food, but during the night not all the time but sometimes food service becomes the worst and the service follows with it. Sat around for 2 hours because my ticket got lost and servers thought I was apart the decorum for how long I sat there. Overall during the night it’s a gamble.
Door says open 24 hours but if u get there at 1130 they wont be open
Carmen is the 5 star server at this location. She is very pleasant and takes great pride in the service she provides to patrons. Kathy is amazing at her job. She is polite and takes her job with a smile and positivity. On one of my morning visits, a child has spilled liquid and food on the floor and I watched employees walked pass the mess for far too long. This was not a pleasant experience to dine in with.
Wouldn’t seat or serve us as system was down whatever that means. I guess they can’t work…
