Try this spot it's somewhat crowed during the weekends... Which means the spot is hot.. One of the best Ihops in it's chain. CS is good.

I have always found the staff to be super friendly and accommodating. And the food...it's IHOP. What more do you want?

Best waiter here is Pablo. Friendly person makes you feel at home. Everyone is really polite and friendly, love this place
Servings are quite big. And there's an all-you-can-eat special going on for October.
