WE ATE AT THE SOUTHGATE IHOP THIS MORNING. WE HAVE EATEN HERE 3 TIMES A MONTH FOR THE 6 YEARS. IT USE TO BE A GREAT PLACE TO EAT, AND WAS ONLY 2.5 MILES FROM MY HOUSE. THIS MORNING THE IHOP WAS PACKED, LIKE ALWAYS. OVER THE PAST 3 MONTHS THE QUALITY OF THE FOOD HAS DROPPED SIGNIFIGENTLY. THE FOOD IS SERVED COLD, OVER COOKED AND RUBBERY.
