Wow calling IHOP because I had an issue with my online order witch never arrived and I got no help from the manager their absolutely the most rude and unprofessional person I had to ever deal with in a service and hang up twice in my face I recorded the phone call and he lied I will definite call corporate and send it in , totally shocked still from this guy awful need a better professional person to manage a business and help customers

The food came out EXACTLY the way I ordered it and my waitress Emma was 5 star all the way. The manager Damian stopped by the table to ask if everything was okay? I told him no, it wasn’t okay, it was excellent and so was the service. More people should find out about this restaurant!!
