I had an amazing experience at IHOP, thanks to Gina. From the moment we came in she made eye contact with us and greeted us with a warm welcoming smile! She provided great service, ensure our food was up to part and constantly checked in on us. The food was amazing, hot and tasty!! Honest and authentic service served with a smile, every time! Rayna goes above and beyond in making sure your meal is perfect. Food was wonderful, assisted with a spill in less than 15 seconds. Always a good time at IHOP with she’s there, thanks again for everything!
• Staff very unprofessional, shouting across the dinning room to each other. • Service horrible, my water serves in a dirty cup. •My order was a T-bone steak well done and I got a medium rare steak with NO taste. • my chicken quesadilla order was with jalapeños and it came without jalapeños. Princess was an amazing waitress. Friendly, kind, and engaging. We had no wait for drinks or food she was on the ball and great at her job with a fantastic attitude. Will definitely be coming back with hopes to get her again!
We always love to come here is a comfort zone and food thing! This time around we got serviced by Princess. She was super attentive and sweet, easy to communicate with and patient with us!
