I had an amazing experience at IHOP, thanks to Gina. From the moment we came in she made eye contact with us and greeted us with a warm welcoming smile! She provided great service, ensure our food was up to part and constantly checked in on us. The food was amazing, hot and tasty!! We always love to come here is a comfort zone and food thing! This time around we got serviced by Princess. She was super attentive and sweet, easy to communicate with and patient with us!
Rayana so sorry, I’m spelt wrong absolutely amazing she has the most lovely service of my entire life. I would come back here and eat the food every single day of my life. If I could 10 out of 10 service completely recommend she is so sweet and I adore her.
I had such a great experience at IHOP! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm smile by our hostess, Princess. She was so friendly and welcoming, and really made us feel right at home. The service was quick, the food was hot and delicious (those pancakes hit the spot!), and the entire restaurant was clean and comfortable. Princess went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. I’ll definitely be coming back—and I hope Princess is working when I do!
• Staff very unprofessional, shouting across the dinning room to each other. • Service horrible, my water serves in a dirty cup. •My order was a T-bone steak well done and I got a medium rare steak with NO taste. • my chicken quesadilla order was with jalapeños and it came without jalapeños.
