Terrible customer service.
Update- Went back today (1/18) after speaking with the DM about our experience earlier. They comped our meals and were genuinely apologetic about the misunderstanding. It was a pleasant experience and we deeply appreciate the level of care they provided. --------- Scam!! Buyer Beware! We visited today, 1/15, for the Bottomless Pancakes Promotion and were told we are ONLY allowed TWO pancakes for the promotion and would be charged for additional pancakes! Amazing affordable breakfast all day!
Scam!! Buyer Beware! We visited today, 1/15, for the Bottomless Pancakes Promotion and were told we are ONLY allowed TWO pancakes for the promotion and would be charged for additional pancakes! My husband told the manager that nowhere on their marketing material or online does it state that limitation.. then the manager handed him this clipboard saying "bottomless pancakes IS only 2 pancakes". I feel scammed- I only suggested eating here because of this promotion. Needlessly to say... We paid for something we didn't get.
Jael has paramount customer service. This was my first time dining in this IHOP. When I entered this IHOP he greeted me with a smile and that is something I do not see much of in this day and time. He was attentive in making sure my order was correct. Please keep him because he is a great asset to IHOP. Kudos to Jael and keep of the great job. Thank you.
