This is the second time in a single month that I’ve tried to eat here and haven't been served. Both times, I was told they are short-staffed and the wait would be over 40 minutes. It’s very disappointing that a well-known chain like IHOP can’t resolve its staffing issues. I won't be coming back for a third try.
My server, Traci, was very nice, attentive, and knowledgeable. It was as if I was sitting at her dinner table. Great experience.
