I hate that place four times I went there and I took the chance and I found piece of hair all those four times on my pancakes

Horrible service!! Here at 10:45 on a Thursday and left standing at the door for over 5 minutes without any acknowledgement from the hostess!! No eye contact, no I'll be with you in a minute!!
