I called to place an order for pick up. The first person asked me to hold on for assistance. She then asked her team member if she could help. Her team member asked her if she doesn’t know how to do it and she said not really. The team member then came on the phone said hello claimed they couldn’t hear me and hung up. I called back and asked the same lady why she hung up and she stated their reception was horrible and I would need to come inside to place the order. While responding to every question perfectly. Sat there for over an hour (just a 2 top) and didn’t ever get our food. Had to walk out after they kept telling us it would be 10 mins multiple times. I will most likely never come back to this location.. I could’ve driven to the IHOP in Denton and gotten our food faster..
