If I could give their service a O instead of a 1 on this survey I would. Horrible service. I'm one person here on a Friday night about 7 pm and it took the server an hour to bring my simple order. She disappeared into the kitchen for 15 minutes at a time and didn't check on me after someone else brought my food to the table. She badmouthed management telling someone nearby that "the manager made a mistake on the schedule" and that's why service was slow. Okay, the service was great, but the food not so... I got pancakes and hash browns, and the food was good at first, but as soon as I finished my stomach started to hurt, I didn't think anything of it, and I just thought that I was full. But as the day went on at school, I felt nauseous. Let's just say I didn't eat much the rest of the day and probably never going back to this Ihop.
Food gets 2 stars for being cooked, other than that, not impressive at all. Service is less than minimum, took over 30min to get our meals. Atmosphere matches the 1 star. I do not recommend this location, go to Chikfila or any other place for breakfast.
