This store needs to be shut down. Let me give you only six of the reasons. First on try calling them on the phone number there website tells you. (No body picks up). Second when do go in the (employee) that greats you says what do you want. Third the food wasn't edible. Fourth the price of Pancakes on the menu said one price and when the bill got to me it was doubled. Five charges on a class of water. We went to IHOP as a family group of five plus a baby and were very disappointed with the service. When ordering drinks, one person in our group asked for water, and the server told us they couldn’t provide water because it’s free. That was honestly hard to understand. Three out of the five of us ordered paid beverages, so it was surprising and confusing to be told that water wasn’t available. Veronica was an exceptional waitress on Saturday night! During a time that all nearby restaurants were at a high-volume, she provided attentive service with a positive, upbeat attitude. A great way to end our day!
