I came during the Saturday breakfast rush & got a table in minutes. Our server, Joey, was awesome. Don't let all the negative reviews influence you. I had a good experience.
The wait staff isn't very friendly to those getting carry-out. This has happened more than once to me. They chick that greeted me seemed really affected. Maybe they think I won't leave a tip?
They no longer have ny cheesecake pancakes...ugh
I've had great experiences here. The manager is awesome too. It's not perfect but if anything is wrong they don't have any problem fixing it. Make sure you let the manager know.
I think the Nikki everyone was complaining about is the one that quit in the middle of serving us last year sometime. Just saying. Hehe
Horribly managed
Food is decent buy not out of this world to wait 30 mins for when the place was not busy at all. Our waitress was pretty cool and did a good job and the place was clean. 6 out of 10.
