Really slow. Portion size is small for price. 45 minutes from order to food. Training the new staff obviously didn't work. Improvement is needed before I come back.
Food took an hour at least, I've had better service in a Denny's.

Holidays and weekends the place is really crowded. Expect a 30-45 minute wait to get a table.
Service is improving... Still working the new store kinks out. Good food.

Waiters not all that bright..and management isn't much smarter. I hope its cause it's new...the one in Lancaster is worth the drive.
The service today was really bad. Tons of staff but still had to wait for my food. There were also several managers there and none of them would stop to ask how everything was. Big disappointment!!!
