Very courteous staff and the food was very tasty.
food was very dry, missing the cheese inside my omelette, did not take my gift card when I wanted to use it as payment with the excuse that the system was down, not a good visit I don't think I'll be back anytime soon, very disappointed,

When I tried to call in my 2go order the person who answered was VERY RUDE! So I hung up and decided to just order when I walked in, HUGE MISTAKE! Not only did I wait another 45 mins , the food was wrong and cold ! When I told them about it the manager ( I'm guessing ) was rude and told me that's how I ordered it ?? Excuse me but who orders cold food? I could have sat down at a table and got faster service! I myself am a server so I expected better from this location! Waffle House will now have all my business ! This place is awesome! Crowded every time I visit, but well worth the wait.
