We were there to wait for a family and they said they could no sit us until everyone was there because it was their policy. It is no that way in other places. Anyway the staff didn't seem friendly at all, neither thr manager. Also the place was less than acceptable cleaning wise. So No thanks. We left to find a better place. Maybe they should place this location and staff in a truck stop.
Unbelievably terrible from the moment we walked in. We were a party of 14. I understand we can’t all sit together. The manager informed us we would sit in different areas/tables. We asked if she could please put tables close by one another. Instead we were put at 3 different tables not at all close together. We asked if she could put us in a corner booth with the table next to it. She said no… We are a Latin family who speaks English and understands it well. Food was good and our server from Argentina 🇦🇷 was even better 😆
We were a group of 14. From the beginning the manager was very rude. She didn’t try to accommodate us at all. We ended up seating in all different parts of the restaurant. After waiting over 12 minutes and they hadn’t even asked of if we wanted something to drink and noticing other customers were getting their drinks and had arrived minutes after us. They have the best pancakes so fluffy. I have been to several IHOP, in several states and all of them are great. I just wish there were more of them closer to home
