The food was cold and the pancakes were burnt to a crisp
Went there this morning and ended up leaving before we even got our food. When we first got there we were told we had a 30 minute wait time because the kitchen was backed up. The restaurant wasn’t even half full. We waited the 30 minutes and finally got seated. I ordered a vanilla cold brew but it had no foam. I figured I’d get over it. We placed our order and waited. Never come to this ihop. Took so long to get food and then they started arguing in the back where they was cooking. Super bad service. Waited over 45mins for pancakes and bacon and still didn’t get it. Super disappointed!!!! Oh and I almost forgot, I seen one of the people reach over someone’s food in the back and seen their hoodie all in the people’s food… yes the hoodie touched the food and it still got served…
Did curve side online ordering, but sat for 20 mins waiting for someone to bring food out. I confirmed upon my arrival and called the store inside the store (no answer several times) I had to go inside to get my food that had been sitting there. No apologies or anything
