I rarely post negative reviews but felt this one was needed for iHome's benefit. A lesson learned. I'm not posting this out of anger or frustration. Its just a response to what had been a reliable local small business that over the last 6 months stopped being responsive, at least to this particular customer, and I had to change to another low voltage company. Worst experience ever! Go somewhere/anywhere else for your needs. Installed a whole home wifi and it didn’t work and their resolution was for me to buy another one and not fix the problem. Many appointment were set and they never showed up. Was promised phone calls back to resolve issues and nothing. Asked to have the owner call me since nobody else knows how to do their job and was once again promised he’d call me back and nothing. Save your money and headache and go somewhere else.
