Rude people call to set up an appointment for elderly Uncle for mobile podiatrist. The lady that called was rude. Didn’t care. She said well if you we can just say you don’t want it absolutely no customer service whatsoever going to ask dr for a different referral.

What a joke of medical personal. Calls and voicemails unanswered and voicemail messages stating they cannot take our call because they are busy taking care of her children. What a JOKE!
The admin staff is incompetent. Got completely incorrect info about the insurance.
