Brooke Eisenhart and office manager Rasheeda hype you up to think they'll provide quality care, but they don't and provide very if any care at all, but the only one that actually cares some what is their podiatrist. Horrible service, trash company
What a joke of medical personal. Calls and voicemails unanswered and voicemail messages stating they cannot take our call because they are busy taking care of her children. What a JOKE!
The admin staff is incompetent. Got completely incorrect info about the insurance.
I know this company has different locations here in AZ. My family and friends love Brooke! She asks questions, she's informative and thorough. Most importantly, she listens, she doesn't rush you off of the phone. The problem? Rashida, supposedly she is an M.A. that you have to speak to in order to get to Brooke. She is the most unprofessional person in healthcare that I've had the displeasure talking to. I've been a nurse and in healthcare since 1995. this job is unprofessional switches providers every month no MA working there beside the manager and a receptionist that barely knows what she is doing.
