My Whirlpool side by side refrigerator ice maker stopped working. I could tell it was an electrical issue, not a water issue and above my level of DIY. Rich came out two days after I called (on time) and had it fixed in less than two hours. It’s great to know businesses like this still exist. I highly recommend and will definitely use this company again for any future needs or service. Thank you!

Update 1/2025 I decided to try Ihling’s again as I needed to purchase a new washer after my washer of 28 years finally gave out. On pricing they were as competitive as the big box stores, and somewhat cheaper when I added in installation and haul-away. They had the washer within a few days of ordering and did a nice clean install with friendly service. For new appliance purchases, I will consider them again. Rich and his team came out to replace our washer the day after we called. They were there first thing in the morning with a new washer machine. I would recommend them to anyone in need of appliances. They are absolutely a top of the line service.

Please show a little class when you address non-main stream clients. Also ask your drivers to show respect on the Highway. Bicyclists have rights to, so be courteous . I’ll be at your store to show you a video of one of your employees. Embarrassing I assure you!
