They were very nice and fast with there work.
My Whirlpool side by side refrigerator ice maker stopped working. I could tell it was an electrical issue, not a water issue and above my level of DIY. Rich came out two days after I called (on time) and had it fixed in less than two hours. It’s great to know businesses like this still exist. I highly recommend and will definitely use this company again for any future needs or service. Thank you!
Update 1/2025 I decided to try Ihling’s again as I needed to purchase a new washer after my washer of 28 years finally gave out. On pricing they were as competitive as the big box stores, and somewhat cheaper when I added in installation and haul-away. They had the washer within a few days of ordering and did a nice clean install with friendly service. For new appliance purchases, I will consider them again. They’ve fixed 2 problems for me with same day service! Great experience. Will buy my next appliance from them.
Rich and his team came out to replace our washer the day after we called. They were there first thing in the morning with a new washer machine. I would recommend them to anyone in need of appliances. They are absolutely a top of the line service.
