The worst customer service! I placed 2 orders with iHerb 1 day apart for Prenatal pills. The second order I placed arrived on time. The first order is 15 days delayed and iHerb is NOT resolving the issue. I've asked them to either get the package delivered, send me another package or refund me - none of the above is happening. I've paid for Prenatal pills that I haven't received and is overdue by 15 days!
IHerb uses Lasership to deliver in Pennsylvania. Deliveries take 5-7 days after ordering because of this cheap shipping service, if you get your package at all. I'll order through a company that uses a dependable shipper before I use the company who just looks to save a penny.
