Carter is a great artist. I came in with a specific design I wanted, he noticed a couple of the letters didn't look quite right on my picture and corrected it. He also thought it would look better with texture instead of the way I thought. He was friendly and respectful of what I wanted as he gave his insight. This was definitely worth the 2 1/2 hour drive for his work.
I've gotten a piece by Cater and absolutely adore it. He took the time to really create something special for me. I also more recently got a tattoo from his apprentice Hayley, she is wonderful! I can't imagine myself going to any other shop!!! ❤️
Carter took my concept and created something that represents perfectly who I am and the style I like. Something I am so pleased with. Cannot be more glad that Carter was the man for this design. He killed it!!!

Chris Carter does beautiful work; the shop is very clean, the staff is professional and personable. I'm not an extreme "tattoo person," (yet) but if I get any more work done, I'll definitely go back to this place.
