I rented from IHeart for almost 2 years. This is the best company I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. They are very quick to respond to any work orders and even follow up with you to make sure work was completed to your satisfaction. After a year and a half I wanted a home to call my own. Disappointed doesn’t even cover it. In a business where taking care of people should be the priority, they really dropped the ball. I would not recommend.

After almost a year of empty promises, of finding a home for my family all the misleading information being given. I finally found the guy that got the job done. As far as I know never lied to me and certainly got the job done . I seriously had my doubts.I went into closing doubting and unsure , because of the lies I had experienced. When we went into the room to sign I'm in shock ITS REALLY HAPPENING, I cried , I couldn't believe it. They helped me give my girls something I had only hoped for. A home.
