I had an appointment today with Dr Marufa. It was 45 minutes late, but the doctor and the reception lady did apologize, so that was fine. My issue is with the reception lady. This isn’t the first time. A few weeks ago, my appointment was also delayed by around 30 minutes. Just don't go to Marufa Mahbub unbelievable slow and useless.
These doctors need to gain time management skills… I came to my appointment booked before, but still waiting 45mins to see the doctor… this is ridiculous… what is the point of having an appointment if someone steals 45mins of my time…
I booked an appointment yesterday for today and even left work an hour early to attend. When I arrived, I was told the doctor I booked wasn’t in and that I’d have to wait for another doctor. No one bothered to call me, even though I clearly gave my number when booking. The receptionist said the wait would be 40 minutes, but I checked Google reviews and saw it can be more than an hour.
