I booked an appointment yesterday for today and even left work an hour early to attend. When I arrived, I was told the doctor I booked wasn’t in and that I’d have to wait for another doctor. No one bothered to call me, even though I clearly gave my number when booking. The receptionist said the wait would be 40 minutes, but I checked Google reviews and saw it can be more than an hour. Dr. Marufa is the best doctor I’ve seen. She is caring, kind, and professional.
My husband and I are regulars of this clinic and we have positive experience everytime. Dr Marufa is lovely and she's thorough and has been very helpful everytime we come see her.
I have been there a few times before I write this reviews, 1st time with Dr Cxxxx Chan, he was so uncaring, unprofessional and rude. I felt so uncomfortable in seeing him & I felt like he thinks I am just wasting his time because I was the new patient and he needed to get my history. so, from the 2nd time I booked Dr. Mxxxxx Mahbub, she is so much nicer, have time for her patient but I felt like she is quite lack of confidence as a GP & refused to prescript me medications & cream, she asked me to go back to the GP who prescr... read more
