Just came in as my doctor referred me for some breathing test. I really liked Micheal on the second floor he was super nice and explained how all my breathing test were supposed to be done. He’s was very enthusiastic and showed to have a passion for his job. He made me feel comfortable and was overall very friendly and kind. The receptionists ladies were also quick with letting the doctor know I was there. Thank you everyone
I had an appointment with doctor. My appointment time was 11.30 but I checked in at 11.35 just five minutes after my set time. The receptionist told me to wait. There were some 12 people in the waiting room and all were done by 12.20 and I was still waiting. When I reached out to the reception to find out how much they said it takes time when you late even for 5 minutes. Very bad experience
