Been with IHC in peru for 5 years always had wonderful experiences till out of the blue Jay left. Never got one notice about him leaving till I called to get a appointment with him. I was given a appointment with Dr. Savage on 12/30 he has no bed side manners at all. Lack of Patient Notification Regarding Provider Departures and Unprofessional Staff Response I am writing to express my serious disappointment with IHC Peru's failure to notify patients when their healthcare providers leave the facility, as well as the unprofessional response we received when we inquired about this issue.
