I’ve had nothing but positive experiences with this doctor’s office. From the front desk staff to the nurses and medical team, everyone is kind, professional, and genuinely cares about your well-being. Appointments run on time, and I always feel heard and respected during my visits. Leigh Anderson takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and never rushes through appointments. Dr. Stines is an amazing pediatrician! We are lucky to have her in Owen County. The entire staff and other medical providers at IHC have been amazing as well!
This place is horrible. I have stories from this place that no one would believe. If they decide they don’t like you they will lie and do everything in their power to make your life miserable. Doesn’t matter if you do everything right. Doesn’t matter if you follow all their rules, they will lie, fake records, anything to get you out of there. Stay away if you value your health because they will go to extreme lengths to make sure you suffer.
I absolutely love going to IHC in Spencer. Everyone is so nice and they get you in and out quickly. Bobbi Luttrell is absolutely amazing, my favorite nurse practitioner ever. She’s kind, knowledgeable, and I feel very comfortable speaking with her. The ladies in the office are great as well, very friendly and caring.
