This clinic decided to stop taking our insurance in-between years of us going there and didn't inform us and slapped us with a big bill for an annual wellness appointment. A change on their side regarding insurance should have been communicated at literally any point before now.

Update your website information. You show up under instacare, then turned me away rather dismissively. This was the second clinic I've been to that said it was an instacare, then turned me away. This is frustrating. Fix your online presence. It is embarrassing.
