It’s so frustrating that there aren’t more options in town. I went to the Urgent Care with a finger that I smashed, the PA on duty told me he could NOT help and that I would need to see a hand specialist… so I got the number for the IHC in St. George and made the appointment with a hand specialist. Just wonderful people and helpful
2 lab test that cost 80 dollars at other labs near by cost 350 dollars asked why they have no idea they sent it to some random lab that probably gives them money. no upfront cost on labs either you wont know the cost until you see the inflated bill
I went here to get some PT for my back. I was referred by my primary physician because of severe back pain. I don't even know the doctor's name but he didn't even look at my back. he made me incredibly uncomfortable the entire time. the exercises were okay, but after doing them as instructed for months there was little to no change. the kid at the desk didn't seem to understand how to use any insurance that wasn't medicare or the intermountain insurance. I'm sure the doctors and staff are fine, but if you want to know what your visit will cost, go somewhere else. I sent my son in for a pre-mission exam. I'm cash pay, so I want to know ahead of time what this will cost. First you have to call the clinic and ask what you will be charged. They will ask you for your name, birthday, SSN, etc. Then they will give you the number for the patient financial services line. That will get you to a call center in the Philippines.
