I went here to get some PT for my back. I was referred by my primary physician because of severe back pain. I don't even know the doctor's name but he didn't even look at my back. he made me incredibly uncomfortable the entire time. the exercises were okay, but after doing them as instructed for months there was little to no change. the kid at the desk didn't seem to understand how to use any insurance that wasn't medicare or the intermountain insurance. I'm sure the doctors and staff are fine, but if you want to know what your visit will cost, go somewhere else. I sent my son in for a pre-mission exam. I'm cash pay, so I want to know ahead of time what this will cost. First you have to call the clinic and ask what you will be charged. They will ask you for your name, birthday, SSN, etc. Then they will give you the number for the patient financial services line. That will get you to a call center in the Philippines. Took a week to get the physical therapy referral and another week for them to send the referral to the correct office when it's time sensitive after a car accident. Extremely rude and uncaring Dr. Do not recommend going here worth the wait to find a better doctor.
Came in to my family doctor to get 2 stitches removed and the front desk fought me on doing it. Telling me we don’t do that here. What Doctor can’t remove 2 stitches? I’ll be looking for a new family doctor
