When closing our garage door one evening we heard a crash. We thought the garage door hit our truck, but there was no damage. We figured it must be the garage door but the funny part is it was still working. Searched around and messaged IHB Garage Doors that evening and Thomas responded quickly after hours. I explained what happened and asked if he could come take a look. He scheduled us for the very next day. He notified us that he was on his way and he arrived earlier than scheduled.
