This office sucks. They cancelled my friends appointment at the last minute and we didn't find out till we got there. The doctor said they had an emergency so they bumped him. Meanwhile my friend has been waiting for care for years and we took a chance at the office hoping they would help. They didn't and we no longer trust they will. The staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. We made an appointment at UM to try to get him care. We can't trust these people. They lack all manner of professionalism.
I’ve seen C Sanocki a few times now and have always felt like she rushed through the appointment and couldn’t care less about the things I’m struggling with. I thought I could be taking it too personally but after reading some other reviews I feel a little more validated and now I want reaffirm others who shared my experience. I have interacted with the staff here, and at least one doctor, and found the experience to be good. The staff were patient, and worked actively to answer my questions. The Doctor I met with answered my questions. Appointment scheduling was prompt. At the time of this review, 4/2/2025, to perform some procedures, such as vasectomies, IHA Urology is now working with Ann Arbor Surgical Center.
