I’ve seen C Sanocki a few times now and have always felt like she rushed through the appointment and couldn’t care less about the things I’m struggling with. I thought I could be taking it too personally but after reading some other reviews I feel a little more validated and now I want reaffirm others who shared my experience. I have interacted with the staff here, and at least one doctor, and found the experience to be good. The staff were patient, and worked actively to answer my questions. The Doctor I met with answered my questions. Appointment scheduling was prompt. At the time of this review, 4/2/2025, to perform some procedures, such as vasectomies, IHA Urology is now working with Ann Arbor Surgical Center. First appointment having waited over six weeks. Texts and e-mail with reminders and telling me to arrive 30 minutes early. I arrived 30 minutes early but there was no reason so I just in the waiting room. An assistant took me to a room where I was left to sit for another 30 minutes without a word from a staff member. I got up and left. With travel time that is two hours of my life I will never get back.
