Took my elderly mother there who has dementia and has been in quarantine since the entire COVID situation blew up. She had severe pain in her ear. I figured since her primary care physician was in the IHA network that there would be no issues. They refused to see her and told me they do not treat ear infections, only swimmers ear or if an ear lobe is infected. RecommendedLast night they made the whole process so painless and as quick as possible. I’m having an extremely difficult pregnancy and the staff here got me in, got me rehydrated and gave me some advice even my OB hadn’t. Can’t thank them enough for finally getting me back on the right track!!
My 2-year old son experienced higher than normal fevers this past weekend, after regular office hours. After calling the excellent IHA 24/7 nurse hotline at about 4 PM to report our son's fever of approximately 105 degrees F, we were instructed by the nurses to go to the IHA West Arbor Urgent Care, to determine the need to go to the hospital. Doctor did not do the procedure correct and had to see a different hospital weeks later to correct what should of been done right in the first place.
