The billing of the pathology department is not integrated into their IHA Trinity Health. Hence, the bills wont come up there. The pathology bills were lost when we were moving and hence they were sent to collections. The customers shouldn't be penalized for your inability to integrate systems. Over that, I had a hard time understanding the diff between IHA and Trinity Health. They should at least let us know that they both bill differently.
Sat and waited and waited while I was the only one in waiting room and lab techs were doing nothing but walking around in slow motion. They redeemed themselves by apologizing and giving me a voucher for food at the cafe.
Never have missed me compared to other locations that miss and blow out veins
