Dr. Luczak is great! He listens and provides help in real time rather than having to wait to schedule follow-up. The lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot her name) was so helpful. I forgot my new insurance card and rather than turning me away she looked it up for me which wasn’t easy. She was so pleasant!
