Two misdiagnosis on two separate occasions, with this last one requiring emergent surgery for my son while in Traverse City with his grandparents. Not only was he seen in the office on Thursday, but I followed up with the after hours line Friday evening as he was getting worse, and was told the allergy medicine needed time to work and to add Benadryl (with no history of allergies at 9 years old). RecommendedToday was our first visit at IHA and I am BEYOND happy with how it went. So much better than our old office. The staff was kind and helpful and very short wait times which was a nice change. 5 out of 5 stars ✨ first time my baby didn’t cry at an office visit! 👏
RecommendedNormally a great experience but tonight we waited 45 minutes for a flu shot. With 3 kids scared about having the shot you can imagine how they were in the waiting room. You also need to replace your chairs - they are nasty. Ripped and very dirty - if we were new patients we would probably have left and not returned.
