If I could give zero stars, I would. Dr. Rebecca Tostige Ruthberg is dismissive, unhelpful, and negligent to the point of endangering her patients. I came to her with an ongoing breast issue, and she outright refused all of my requests for testing or further examination. Instead of doing her job—investigating concerns and ensuring proper care—she brushed me off completely and told me to go back to my primary doctor. The staff is always super sweet, and the new look is beautiful!
The practitioners here are wonderful, (Dr. Deporre and Dr. Christie are amazing!) and the office staff is helpful. What I appreciate the most is the transparent billing and estimates. I know what I'm going to have to pay before my appointment begins, not many places do that.
On my second pregnancy with Dr. Le as my OB. I’ve never had problems with scheduling or getting into contact when I have questions. I use the mychart portal to message any questions or concerns and they are usually very quick to respond. I’ve had a lot of health concerns this pregnancy and have been worried that they will not take me seriously at some point, but they have taken everything I said to heart and always make me feel heard and cared for.
