Very quick and kind service
Truly never had a bad experience at IHA all the staff truly care about taking care of their patients to the best of their ability.
The staff has always been very attentive, friendly and courteous. At times there can be a wait even with appointments for urgent care service, but they have always been able to address my condition.
I hope my 9 million Google map viewers. Read this since it’s coming from the urgent care. This is an exceptional urgent care facility with a great staff quick x-ray ability and quick service that make it makes it very very impressive for the Brighton area. I felt very comfortable with the knowledge of not only the PA that assisted to me with with the x-ray technician and the front desk all wonderful staff members and people that are serving our community. I was very pleased with my visit. The receptionist, MA and LPN all were outstanding. What impressed me most is they were interested in me and wanted me to feel comfortable and confident with the care I received. Two thumbs up!!
