very deceptive practices after my car loan was paid off by insurance and gap it left a balance of 24 when I called to pay they jacked it up to 500 and told me it's my problem and hung up on
Terrible service. Worst customer service we have EVER dealt with. I’ve never been on the phone with such a rude company like I was today. Beyond happy to be done with them, and will never go back. SAVE YOUR TIME AND SANITY. There’s enough rude people in the world and obviously this company has plenty of them.
just took out a loan, trying to find out when my payment is due. i have called 4 times and every time i get a voicemail that sends me back to the desk that does nothing but transfer my call back to the voicemail.

IHECU is a great place to deal with. Excellent customer service and "down home" type atmosphere. I know several employees by name and have dealt with them for loans and savings accounts for years!
